Important information for buyers, renters and website users.

Draft notice: These general website terms are not a substitute for a signed rental or sales agreement. Capital Forklift should have California counsel review final rental, protection-plan, payment, privacy and liability terms before public launch.

Online requests and availability

Submitting a reservation, quote request or payment authorization does not guarantee equipment availability or create a binding rental or sale. A transaction becomes binding only after Capital Forklift confirms the equipment, dates, pricing, delivery, customer qualifications and applicable agreement in writing.

Pricing and payment

Displayed rates are base rates unless stated otherwise. Taxes, delivery, pickup, fuel, deposits, cleaning, damage, optional protection and other charges may apply. Customers authorize approved charges under the final written agreement.

Customer responsibility

Customers must provide accurate information, use equipment only for approved purposes, ensure trained and authorized operators, follow manuals and safety rules, inspect equipment, secure the jobsite, and promptly report incidents or damage.

The following links belong to United Rentals and are provided only as industry reference material. They are not Capital Forklift agreements and do not govern Capital Forklift transactions.

Privacy and submitted information

Customer information should be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate reservations, process approved transactions and provide support. Sensitive payment information should be handled only through the connected PCI-compliant payment processor.
